'Colourful Cells' a stunning piece by Jenni Allen. 
The garment itself is classic bugatti blue jacket in a nice worn condition. Larger medium size, 23” pit to pit, 27” back length. 
 
Cotton fabric, acrylic paint. 
Wash at 30 degrees, delicate cycle, garment inside out.
 
London printmaker Jenni Allen works in the medium of screen print and uses bold and satisfying palettes, playing with hand-drawn pattern, geometry and found imagery and textures. She chose to complement the individual characteristics of the jackets by printing them with simple motifs and formulaic shapes, in both vivid and muted tones.
