To book a virtual shopping appointment, purchase this digital product, we will then contact you to set up the following procedure:
- A time and day for a virtual session is agreed,
- You tell us in advance what you are after in terms of garments along your size/measurements,
- We prepare a selection of clothes based on your requirements,
- We go through this selection over the agreed Zoom or Skype session,
- Once you have decided on your purchase list, you will receive a payment link via email (minus the £15 you have already paid)
- The garments will be sent by post with tracking.
Your customer rights still apply as per a normal website purchase, returns for refunds or exchanges are of course accepted.
If you prefer, we can do this process via an email exchange with photos rather than a live virtual meeting.
