STOCK & SHIPPING TIMES


All stock items are shipped within 2 business days via a tracked delivery service.

 

You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

 

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

 

Shipping rates:

UK: £4

EUROPE: £11

REST OF WORLD: £18

Free shipping for orders over £70 in the UK, £100 rest of the world.

Local delivery: local orders within our area of North and East London will be delivered by bike.

Click & Collect: free click and collect service (select at the checkout) from us in N16. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

Expedited shipping: should you require your order within a set time, please get in touch at hello@frenchworkwear.com with details of the items you would like to order, your timeframe and location (with postcode) and we will arrange this service with you.

 

WHERE WE SHIP TO

We are now shipping to most countries, shipping cost for your country will be provided at the check out.

If your country is not listed, please email hello@frenchworkwear.com with the items you are purchasing, delivery address and contact details. We will get back to you with a shipping cost.

 

IMPORT DUTIES

Overseas orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. The French Workwear Company cannot be held responsible for these charges.

VAT

As a small organisation we are under the UK VAT registration threshold, our prices currently have no UK VAT.

BREXIT

We are still delivering to the EU and have a EU return address for EU customers, it will be provided on application. Do get in touch via hello@frenchworkwear.com if you have any concerns.

**International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. This may cause a delay in delivery.
