All our items are selected with great care and we hope you are delighted with your order. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@frenchworkwear.com within 28 days of receiving the item with your order number.

 

FREE UK RETURNS

UK customers: please email us via hello@frenchworkwear.com with your order number and we will generate a pre-paid Evri label for you. You must be able to print the return label and drop off the parcel at a parcel shop. If that's a problem, please let us know and we can discuss other options.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside the UK: please email us via hello@frenchworkwear.com with your order number. You will be given a return address (UK or EU) according to your location. You will have to cover the return costs, please kindly use a signed for service and keep your proof of postage receipt.

Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
