"Sunshine Supernova" jacket customised by the artist and DJ Lucienne Cole, using screenprinting techniques. Her art is rooted in popular culture, encompassing Performance, Video, Photography, Drawing/Painting, Print and Collage, reflecting and highlighting the slippages between fantasy and reality in everyday life.
 
Lucienne has worked with textile in the past and has customised a few pieces for us, this is her latest.
The garment itself is a German chore jacket with a herringbone cotton twill, dark blue colour, in a worn but great condition, with an amazing black floral motif.
 
22.5" pit to pit (57cm), 26.5" back length (68cm), medium size.
 
Cotton fabric and acrylic paint.
Wash at 30 degrees inside out, iron inside out.
