Classic chore jacket in a classic bugatti blue, L/XL size (25" pit to pit), most likely 1980s, made by old brand Macober. 
3 patch pockets with double stitching, 1 inner pocket, 4 front buttons, small 1980s style collar. Small black stains, hardly visible (see photos). Longer back length (31" rather than a more usual 28"), which makes it great for taller people. 
100% cotton.
