Moleskine jacket, most likely Italian origin (we can tell from the lapel collar style, different from French or German jackets). Medium size (22" pit to pit). 
Three patch pockets , three front buttons (concealed), no cuffs (more minimalist look), lapel style collar.
Great worn condition, soft moleskine cotton. Some gashes from past wear and small stains (two paint specks on the left sleeve, some faint stains on the right sleeve).
