Classic chore jacket in a darker blue and a hard to find XL size (26.5" pit to pit), most likely 1980s/early 1990s. Marked size 56-58, 100% cotton. 
Classic cut with three patch pockets, concealed four front buttons, one inner chest pocket. Nice collar, large pockets. Garment looks unworn or hardly worn.
