Chore jacket with interesting fades in a Medium size (22.5" pit to pit), most likely early 1970s, and most likely Italian, which we can tell because of the sewn in belt at the back and the lapel style collar. 
Three patch pockets, four front buttons (concealed when fastened). Mark on the chest pocket where a logo would have been stitched, shows the darker original colour.
Light soft cotton fabric. Small marks and signs of wear, repairs on the collar and cuffs (repaired but frayed),  and gashes please see photos.
