Faded German moleskine jacket, L/XL size (25.5" pit to pit), made by old brand Pionier.
Three patch pockets (reinforced on the lower part), one inner pocket, five front buttons, small collar.
100% moleskine cotton, most likely 1980s. 
Faded and worn, with one major hand repair on the front left hand side, towards the collar - please have a look at the photos to see the repair close-up.
